Optimizing Detection with Fluorescence, Absorbance and Luminescence

FC-BIOS successfully conducted its first in-house Microplate Reader Workshop on 20–21 May 2025, welcoming 13 participants from five institutions, including IMR, IMU, MSU, UM, and MKAK. Designed to introduce and reinforce detection methods using absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence, the two-day program blended theory with hands-on applications like BCA protein assay, ssDNA quantification, and ATP detection.
