1. Indoor Sales Support

This is an indoor position responsible for assisting our technical sales team to provide the best service and experience to our Customers.

  • Issues quotations on behalf of our technical sales specialists and customer’s request and assists in tender participation.
  • Answers incoming customers calls and enquiries and provides product recommendations and first tier advice to customers via email or phone.
  • Assists and supports our technical sales team in providing an excellent customer service experience to our clients.
  • Communicates with our customers on updated technical news and relevant promotions.
  • Partakes in all technical trainings and company workshops to learn about our key products and it’s applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Biotech/Lifescience/Microbiology/MolecularBiology/Biomed) is required.
  • A Major/Experience/Knowledge in the relevant field is highly desirable
  • Excellent listening and communicative skills
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

2. Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in administration duties & the coordination of the marketing activities & projects for the Marketing Department. Training will be provided, we stress upon proper guidance and personal growth.

  • Manages records & and coordinates marketing collaterals, materials, samples & tools
  • Organization of contact details for new prospects & calls prospective customers to generate sales leads
  • Undertakes daily administrative tasks including but not limited to managing documentation/filling, tabulating enquiries & information, and certificate & document printing.
  • Ensures on-time delivery of social media updates on & statistics tabulation/analysis
  • Assists in the content blasting through email, WhatsApp & fax
  • Assists in event (workshop, seminar, training, roadshow & exhibition) coordination, supplier        contact, arrangement, etc.
  • Manages & organizes customer database & product user list record.

Experience / skills required:

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree or any equivalent qualification in any disciplines. Life science or related field (Science & Technology, Biology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.) would be an added advantage
  • Preferably candidates: Fresh graduates/Have experience in similar role/Have experience working or internship in Science related field
  • Organized multitasker & able to handle diverse tasks at once in meeting tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail & ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Experience and affinity with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communicator (both written and spoken) with a strong command of English
  • Works with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude with strong team spirit

3. Technical Sales Specialist

The Technical Sales Specialist, is a field sales position responsible for the sales and business development in the central region. We are a support centric and consultation focused team which aims to first educate our customers.

  • The position manages our current portfolio of Industrial customers which includes all major Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical Companies and Commercial Testing Laboratories in Malaysia.
  • Mentorship, Technical Training and Coaching will be provided to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to comprehend and utilize product features, benefits and applications to successfully consult our customers on our solutions range
  • This role will recognize you as a technical go-to for selected Brands, and will progress on as you develop and lead to further grow brand development in Malaysia. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible in maintaining and building excellent business relationships with selected Brand suppliers, provide on-site technical advice to our customers, and in-house updates to our team.
  • The Technical Sales Specialist would consistently achieve or exceed the territory sales plan by maintaining existing business, developing incremental business in existing accounts, working independently to grow new business, and drive team growth by providing your market and technical input.

Experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Microbiology or Biomed Majors are highly desired)
  • Existing experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent listening and communicative skills
  • A growth mindset, positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • A strong desire to learn

4. Service Engineer


  • To install and commissioning for new equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Phone support to assist customer
  • To arrange and perform preventive maintenance
  • Outstation service job


  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Computer literate, able to work independently and good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
